What we collect
When you book a trial class or contact us, we collect the parent or guardian's name, email, and phone number, along with the student's first name, grade level, subjects of interest, and scheduling preferences. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without parent consent.
How we use it
We use your information to match your child with a tutor, schedule sessions, send progress updates, and respond to your questions. We do not sell your information. We will only share it with the assigned tutor and the small operations team that keeps your sessions running smoothly.
How long we keep it
We retain account information for as long as you are an active family, and up to 12 months after your last session for record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us.
Your choices
You can review, correct, or delete the information we hold by emailing privacy@pqtutoring.com. We will respond within 30 days.
